They seem like a really nice family. And I’m glad he got it, clearly meant a lot to him

I’m not super up on equipped lifting though, I honestly don’t see the point in strapping yourself in to something that allows you to lift 100’s of pounds over what you can actually lift with the strength of your muscles

Deadlifts the smallest number, almost completely opposite to raw!
I've def got a lot of respect for equipped lifting. Some of the weight these guys handle is fucking mindblowing (Super D squatted 570kg, Hoff 577kg, Brian Carroll 592kg ffs!!!). But it's the standard and lack of desire to change it that makes me not like it. Obvs raw PL has the same issues, just not to the same extent.

its nuts the amount of weight on the bar but its not transferable to raw or not from what I have seen.
