So 20 weeks ago this guy came to me weighing 223lb and over 30% body fat. He told me he really wanted to get into bodybuilding and compete. I looked at his structure and decided that he would be ideally suited for classic bodybuilding. So I took over his diet and TRAINING for all 20 weeks. Before he was a typical chest warrior and had literally never done a squat or a deadlift in his life. So 20 weeks later this is how he looked. Now he didn't make the top 5 because his conditioning was not quite where it needed to be yet BUT he was out muscled by no one. His body weight was 174lb/79kg at 5ft9. He's #211 with the mohawk.

@MUTANT

Great stuff mate, bet he is very happy with the changes he made in 20 weeks, that will set him up for future shows?

Did he enjoy the whole process?

He loved it mate although he did not love the last week :lol:(he actually had a week where he fell of the diet literally 3 weeks out from the contest so I had to pull him back in within a week right at the end). His next contest is the North Carolina state show in 6 weeks. He had a couple of potential sponsers talk to him at the expo....some times it's not where you place but who sees you if you know what I mean.

you got any befores mate? did he have decent level of muscle mass but just abit fat?
goes to show what hard work does!
well done both of u:thumb:

I do have befores but I need to get them uploaded first.
I mean yes obviously he did weight train before but very differently and he will say that compared to how he trains now he didn't really train...

20 weeks from 30% is some serious fat removal, another feather in your cap Con well done :thumb:

Great work. Seems everyone you seem to work with develops this mutant back you seem to have going on :lol:
