Dbol orals dosage time

I’m taking 30mg dbol orals.

I’ve read I’m better off taking them all in one go an hour before my workout which will cause a significant increase in strength when I lift (which kind of makes sense to me) but elsewhere I’ve read I ought to spread them out the day to maintain blood levels (which also makes sense).

So which is it? All in one go before I train or spread through the day?

Maintaining blood levels over a 24 hour period will have what benefit?
 
pre training i'd say 1.5hr before the session, just to make sure they're peaking in your bloodstream.

non training days i just took in the morning with all my other vits and supps
 
I’m doing 100mg a day

50mg first thing and the second 50mg dose 1.5hrs before training

2 weeks in and strength and bodyweight has started to shoot up
