If you think people on here look shit that take peds. There's lads on there taking test tren slin and hgh, that are 80kg can't bench 100kg and people think it's an achievement for him to do it. It's a joke.
Actually I weigh 100kg and can't bench 80jg

It’ll come matey. I’m 43 and I’ve been off nearly 2 years now and I’m benching 120 for double figures. Could push more but shoulders and elbows are creaky as hell since I came off and I’m sure without all the lockdown bs I wouldn’t have lost so much strength
