Had a banging session today, of course the lazy head wanted to have it's way but fuck that. Had a coffee set up my kitchen & started my routine added some weighted crunches leg raises to the warm up which consists of 3x2 minute rounds of calf bounces with 2x10 kg plates ( Like skipping but with plates ). Then started with dips, Deadlift, seated hammer curls, seated one arm shoulder press, dumbbell chest press, one armed rows ( found that pulling to the waist really activated the Lats ) & seated shrugs. Having 3-5 days rest so everything settles properly. Cheers
