Plan is eat as normal but cut out all the shit
Apparently eating a whole pack of chocolate chip shortbread or 12 pack of cookies with a subway isn't the best

And just focus on training

Then next week or so when I can hopefully train fully drop 200 or so cals and add in cardio and repeat

Oh yeah, maybe not worth the 6+ months of cardio n diet now tho
Every dinner I was having the same full pack of donuts or cookies or pack of biscuits on top of my meals and snacks and extra pudding

I have got sugar free jelly pots they taste good have one now and again...

Im going cold turkey I have no willpower when it comes to sweet stuff apparently
Have a can of Pepsi max and it spirals like a crackhead going on a binge

I've always cycled etc so naturally legs were big then I was always bigger into squatting etc
and all my fat is stomach/hips/legs,
Probably end up about 20 inch once I'm properly lean

Cookies and other Sugary foods are a 'false food'

Eating something sweet replaces a chance for a meal, the sugar 'Blags' your body for a hour, but after that your even worse off
 
250g mince with red pepper sweetcorn spinach peas and a tomato and mushroom sauce with some paprika potatoes for dinner today
Just shy of 700cals about 60g protein and carbs
