Calories down from 3250+++ to around 2500-2900 aiming for around 200g protein

House is in bits atm as doing up bedroom so not been able to weigh in or measure

Hopefully actually get a full week training in this week

Got a quick 10 mins Monday hit my 531 shoulders and a set or 3 of bench

Hit all reps easily got 4 on last set after cutting rest short by about 30 seconds
Upped weights on 5x10 dumbbell press and 5x10 pull downs

Quick superset of arms

Was gonna do some rowing but cba so wheetabix & whey and off for bed I go




30 mins HIIT yesterday

Gonna slowly add in abit of cardio on workout days and longer sessions twice on days off

Cals around 2400
Will give it a week or 2 and chuck cardarine in and see if it does out

Feeling leaner belly/bloat is going

Yeap dropped Kcals by around 500-1000
Or 3000 if you include all the shit I was eating at the worst!
