Haha. Happy days.

He is very true.

However what I say still stands. It has been tested in the field n we are well aware a rep range of 8-12 will provide much more hypertrophy that 2-4.

It's been tested Before. We're all aware.

Yes he's added more confirmation to information already confirmed and his study was good.

Alas my point still stands. Joe posting this here tells us nothing new as we're not a community full of newbies

So my point was he's gone above n beyond to test something we new. Conducted a good study.

Now he's posted a good FB post to confirm I was write in saying he had confirmed what we new and had been confirmed Before.
