Hello ladies and gentlement,

Recently started actually posting in this so I thought I would get up with all the hype.
Trained a few years ago consistantly and dieted from 19 stone 7 to 14 stone 2.
It all went wrong and I got back into the eating terrible at the wrong times and no exercise.
Started training about 4 month ago again and went from 20 stone and I'm currently 17 stone 2.
at the moment I'm not in the best of shape... far from it. Plan over the next year is to diet down and start the rebuild... slowly but surley and I know if I have something here I will be more inclined to stick to it.

Here's the photos and I'll post now again again.

Congrads on losing 3 stone and getting your health/body back under control!

So, I will update this journal once a week!

Stood on the scales and another 2 pun off! Sitting at 17!

Wish I took my waist measurements at the start of the weight loss but only took it at the start of the month!

Started the year at 42 inch at the start of the month and now at 40 inch.

Only weight training at the moment and will introduce cardio soon! [emoji16]
