Craig.1 Con's 2016 Challenge

Diets been rubbish the past week, training has still been the same but the auld bevy has came into play more! Diet is changing this week as cardio added.

Whey shake & creatine

60grams brown basmati rice, chicken and veg

60grams brown basmati rice, chicken and veg

60grams brown basmati rice, chicken and veg

Shake after training

2 multivitamins and 3G of vit C

4 litres of water.
Cardio 4 times a week now and cheats are not the full weekend. Maybe a nice meal on a Saturday night.

Motivation is sky high [emoji16]
 
Right... so.

I'm about as consistant as bruce out of Matilda.

Started a new diet last week for 2 reasons.
1. I want to be a firefighter and there is job vacancies coming up soon so need to loose the beef.
2. Both me and my brother are getting married next year and I'm not being a fat fuck.

No time like the present to start.

I'll start logging my weight on a Saturday and Diet is as follows

2 pieces of brown bread with 2 eggs
chicken and rice - wee tub of sugar free jelly
half a tub Fage total yougurt with 2 tablespoons of honey, some oats and raspberries
mince and rice with tomates
shake after the gym.

When I get to a lower weight I'll start maybe dropping the carbs out and replacing with fats.
Calories at the moment look about 1600 but I'm full.

Training is 4 times a week, 2 lower days and 2 upper days.
Starting to go running in order to get fitter.

Watched a thing on t.v the other night and it was showing people who were right beefy getting a gastric band and it showed you the fat ect around the organs... horrible looking so that opened my eyes a bit. Normally I'm quite ignorant to it these things.

Anywhoooo... To keep me sain I'll have a few drinks on a Saturday night and unwind.

Lets hope for the best!
 
Shit, forgot to update this....

Lost 5 pun on Saturday so decided to celebrate this and Celtic skelping the rangers and tanned a lot of bevy. Spent most of yesterday with the shakes eating the food... back to normal today!
 
Another week another loss, 4 pun off. I know a lot of this at the moment is prob water and not a lot of it fat but it keeps me going!
