General question. Do you take creatine? if so which type and why?
 
Have tried all of above and had best results of mono personally

Just stick 5g in a shake once a day
 
i never come off creatine i dont believe in allot of the new bull of better stuff that does this and that, i stick with monohydrate

7g post work out all year round
 
Personally need to give mono another try, not used it in a long time to comment on it's effects for me.
Found CEE never really did anything for me...
But I find that kre-alk works pretty well for me.
 
I voted no but I have used it in the past with great results,it helps me break through sticking points and get an unexpected rep or two out of my first few sets,should be still using it tbh.

mono worked just as well as the 'flash' products.
 
Yep got a big bag of mono from MP i take when i remember. 5g x 3 a day with glutamine and bcaas. heard good things about gluconate and kre-alkyln. You tried size0n?
 
Occasionally.

Normally use CEE. Have used Mono. Dont use it that often though.
 
Occasionally but not right now. I like tri creatine malate and mono.
 
I use mono, about 7-8g in my PWO shake. I've never noticed anything so intend to give CEE a go when I run out.
 
I have used creatine-monohydrate about 5g before a workout. I can't say i noticed any real differences but thats not to say it didn't work and hasn't worked for others.

This thread reminds me i still have some and might start using it again, but maybe up the dose to 10g before workouts.
