So thought may aswell enter as may give me kick up the arse. Do have an operation mid feb which involves few weeks off training/work but still no reason to look better at the end.

No more fucking about, actually get bit consistent and it will change me for the better physique wise

Weight - 90kg
Height - 176cm
BF% - who knows you can see in pics 18/20% if a guess.


Goals

1. simply look better than this.
2. get stronger, rebuild my lifts
3. simply enjoy it and find my motivation again
4. do cardio and get fitter


Now for about 10 pictures of all different angles so I can see where I have lost most from.

All starts later first gym session.

Fasted today so far... not sure why just not hungry lol
 
What's your appetite like normally our of interest?
MY appetite is terrible, never want to eat to afternoon..get nausea easily also..

but if I eat bad I could eat lots in one go but the actuall eating daily I struggle with, once joked that a nutrient drip would be ideal lol

Example

eating cold foods in day I struggle and even if at home might not eat for ages, however dinner/pwo is normally biggest meal as can take my time and eat it
