Diet Friendly Pancake Recipe

75g Oats (fine)
125g Wholemeal flour
1 x egg
1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
200-250ml water
Pinch of salt
2 x Scoops of protein

Raisons (optional)



Mix into batter
Pour into frying pan

Heat about 90 secs one side 60 secs on low/med heat other side.


Done, Enjoy!!!!!

Serve with whatever you want on top!!!!

If you're going to have pancakes, it has to be the full fat, full sugar variety!! nutella et al!
 
i've entered a comp at the Breakfast Club near my work, 12 pancakes (american style) in 20 mins and you get them free. £15 otherwise.

Get 1 topping and 1 glass of water throught

All for charity so why not :D

Well Nutella does not do it for me.

But Natural peanut butter and banana, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Think I'll have to give this a go tonight thanks mate fits my macros just right too :-)
 
looks good but I shall be going all out and having proper pankcakes :D chocolate and sweets are off the agenda as of tomorrow so making the most of it tonight
 
If you need to have a lo carb version, try this...

1.5 scoops choc pp
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Half teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teapoons of splenda
Splash of good vanilla extract

Mix contents in bowl with a small amount of water. Preheat pan, add pam spray and fry. If your macros allow, throw pnb aaaalll over it and enjoy. Alternatively, if not too bothered about carb content, mix some quark with choc pp and vanilla for a tasty filling :)
 
I have pancakes everyday -
1 whole egg
2 whites
Scoop of Extreme Blueberry Whey
1/2 banana
BLITZ

Pour into omelette maker (makes 2)...serve with PNB and a large coffee!
 
Alternatively by golden syrup and raisin scotch pancakes and have half a pack PWO!

Glad you enjoyed them.

Its a wee diet treat to myself for breakfast at the weekend with a few bits of bacon and eggs.
 
Flour
Buttermilk
Icing sugar
An egg
Vanilla essence
Sugar
Melted butter

Mix it all and fry with 1 cal spray to keep cals down.
