How many iu of hcg is needed to get a reliable result?

I tried testing some tonight but I don't think I put enough solution on the pregnancy test 0.05ml equaling 125iu I think.
I tried with a new reconstituted vial after the one already in the fridge showed degative bur the 2nd showed negative also.

I'm just wondering how to get more onto the test kit without wasting too much money. Would diluting the 0.05ml with more bacteriostatic water be OK ?

How do you test your hcg if needed to?
 
Use a pregnancy test and literally need only a tiny drop diluted in some water
I mix my hcg as usual draw out 1unit and drop it into a small bowl of water then stick the test in that

I have ordered another couple of pregnancy tests and I'll give this a go tonight.

Which HCG brand is it and how much are you paying for it?
A guy on another website uses a full amp for the test.
If you're getting it fairly cheap....may as well just use a full amp to be sure of a good result first time imo.
The last time I got any it was 3 x 5000iu for about £30.

I get prescribed gonasi and can only get it from roseway labs for £108 for 3, might need to look at ugl

Holy shite buddy....£108 for 3 HCG amps?
I haven't bought any for a while though coz I stocked up a decent stash of bits n bobs about 10 years ago from EU.
Even at todays prices though....that's outrageous.
Currently it would cost about £50-£60 mainstream. on some sites I just checked.
I can see why the UK Govt is trying to stamp out the import of meds into the UK now though if that's what people are being forced to pay.

Why d'ya need to test HCG if it has been prescribed by a GP though and why can you only use Roseway Labs ?
If a GP issues a prescription you should be able to get it at any pharmacy for the standard price of a UK prescription surely?
Exotic stuff might have a bit of waiting period though, I'd expect.

I put it in the cupboard rather than the fridge and didn't notice for a few days do wanted to test to be sure I never fucked it up, now I just want to test the new vial so I know how to do it if it happens again.

Trying to get it from a street pharmacy is almost impossible since early summer for some reason and the price was more expensive when I did get it from them.
Fertility clinics seems to be the only option nowadays (no hassle waiting or sourcing).
I found someone who gets ugl but everytime I ask, seems to only have Chinese stuff, I would rather try get pharma or Indian pharma.
 
If it was sterile water, I'd bin it.
Bac water, I'd use it.
Some degradation would've likely occured over several days in a cupboard at the wrong temp for the reconstituted hormone so it could possibly just be less potent than it would've been if you'd stored it properly.
Bit chilly at the moment though so your cupboard could've been a decent 0-6 degrees unless you live in a really warm house. I personally freeze mine in the slin pins as soon as I've mixed it up and split it. Defrosts within a few minutes just before the shot.

If you're getting it from a clinic....I don't think you even need to test it.
99.99% sure to be legit hcg imo.

I use tor-bac bacteriostatic saline so should have been all good.
Ok no worries I just thought it had to be refrigerated at all times didn't know it could last a short time out in the open.

But good to know these tips for when i do go down the ugl route as the prescription price is a ballache

If it's Bac and kept cool....it will still be GTG buddy.
Fridge/Freezer is better though coz that's a stable temp.
