Took my daughter into City for work experience yesterday. I plan my own diary these days so set up a few 15 min intros with the team for her and then spent most of the day walking around showing her the sights. I work on the St Pauls Cathedral side of the City. Therefore we walked around St Pauls, across Millennium Bridge etc etc. On way back to office, some guy sitting on wall shouted "Steroids" at me quite loudly. First thought was to tell him to get fucked but instead I said "Yes mate", anyway he started pulling a face like I was a smackhead. That pissed me off so I said "Do you take steroids" to which he stated "No" and I responded with the killer line "I know, as you are fucking tiny". He was shouting obscenities as we walked away chuckling.

One of the lads in the office told me that he is the local bench drinker who causes trouble everywhere. Good to put the cunt in his place anyway.

Good to see you posting mate!! i don't come on here much either only to log my workouts which has been about 8 x this year :rofl: Last time we spoke you were in great shape!!

Morning mate, 8 sessions this year :lol: . Still biking though? Last time we spoke you were on way to the darts at Ally Pally I think.

City Monday, Wednesday and Thursday this week (boxing and football in evenings) so I managed to get in for a session during day on Tuesday (saw @Greedy Ben in there too looking awesome). I did upper session to hit Pecs/Delts/Back/Bis/Tris as I was only managing to get in there once in 4 days. Over weekend I will do Friday/Saturday/Sunday PPL with cardio too.

All sessions are usually 45-60 mins with minimal rest between sets, hard and intense. I prefer working alone but do have a training partner at the weekend too.

Down 5lbs in a week on cut : no sugar, no butter, no treats and no peanut butter.

yeah mate that was right was also down at the end of May did the ride london 100 miler then got smashed was stopping in shoreditch then the day after had a full day on the lash over in twickenham with my old mate from the Boro.

back home for a few month so was hoping to get back in the gym but life has sort of got in the way at the minute but will get back in at some point in the next few weeks the big lad is 16 in 2 weeks so planning on taking him with me so that can supplement his rugby training as at the moment its pre-season he's only doing drills, fitness and weights twice a week.

Good stuff, the lad may reinvigorate your enthusiasm too mate.

i've still got the enthusiasm Ken but it's just time at the minute to much going on along with working long hours with little personal time but i aim to get back in soon enough and planning on training for the rest of the year and i'll be knocking on 50 next year
