Interesting to hear bench press form from a bodybuilder's perspective.
 
So how does your form vary to what Dave is explaining? I certainly lift much faster than that and I'm sure that slowing it down would make a big difference to the difficulty.

Not much different really, lower controlled and push it back up not rocket science lol, try to do powerful but without skeletal load as Dave puts it.

I wanna see a form video with a loaded working weight lol, not 20kg bar as thats the same as every other video on the internet, Daves a freak so should do freaky videos even when demonstrating :)
