Okay, so i'm pretty fat right now and about 34!!

Weighing in at 108Kg, 6ft, about 30-35%bf. I wanna get jacked but not via gear... Going to log my food and gym visits in here.. .maybe post some pics and some form vids to get some help and food porn.

looking forward to see how this progresses and if I can keep it going.

EDIT: I will be using supplements but not anything else that you can't buy over a legit counter.

Thanks chaps.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the max mg of valine leucine and isoleucine pre day ?

I've bought some bcaa and amino acid tablets just trying work out how much I should never go over based on my weight of 108kg at 30%bf

Wouldn't worry too much about the leucine at the min mate, just make sure your diet is nailed on first.

What's a usual day's eating look like

Okay, so im gonna be real here. My diet is crap... just pure binge... and has been now since I've been married, so like 7 years.

A typical day for me is something like no breakfeast at home, a ham baguette from work at 10am, a chicken sandwidge at lunch, a couple of chocolet bars between lunch and the end of the day. My job is stressfull and it just seems to bring the worst out in my food habits.

Then I'll get home and can literally sometimes end up binging on anything else, KFC, McDs, have a whole Chicargo Town Pizza. Even sometimes go through a big pack of giant buttons or diary milk 100g bars....ever day for a week. Its really bad I know and i'm prob prediebetic as a result of this but I need to shake myself out of this rut.

My biggest problems are chocolet, cheese, pizza, takeaways. and that I never really eat any fruit or veg. I'm not much of a alcohol drinker or smoker.

I'm trying to straighten up the diet, but its really hard. I know I need to but I always end up relapsing - its like I'm just wired to always default back to binge food.

Thanks - I will. Is that another forum? Sorry I'm not really that down with this forum yet....

Have been hitting the gym really hard lately and doing well, currently i'm 107Kg and about 30%bf... Whilst i'm 107Kg I plan to only eat ~1950cals per day until I hit 100Kg will then do some math, current plan is <60g fat per day, 160-190g of protein and 37-50g of fibre per day!!

Target is 185lbs and 10%... how long do you guys think this should take if I nail diet/routine and can stay disciplined? (as a natty)

Program
I will be doing this for 8 weeks and then revise. Alternating each week. Also going to try and mix in some Bikram Yoga down at Loughton, its like 40mins away but a nice way to wake the body up.

Appreciate any thoughts on the below... I need to figure/guess my 1RPM and then work with sets reps, really just want to stick to the plan for the first 8 weeks though and see what happens!

Just cut out all the junk.
Stick to the plain healthy food that is natural (meat veggies fruit).
Junk food is an addiction no different to any other addiction.
The best way to quit is to go cold turkey.
It's going to suck for a few weeks but then you will start feeling better and better!

Good luck.

From someone who has done what you talk about recently, I really wouldn't worry about counting calories and complicated macros yet. Key is just stop eating shit food.
If you cut out processed foods and go all natural (meat, fish, rice, potato, veg, salad, beans/legumes etc) you WILL lose fat and fast. You can eat until you are full. There is no way that you will over eat with healthy food with your current stats.
Once you have lost a considerable amount of your bf doing this and once you are used to eating properly, then you can start looking at numbers.

Thanks for the advice Guys,

Since I started thread I booked the whole of December off to totally focus on getting my diet right and cutting out the junk - this approach worked really well and I've been totally focused, I had two lapses, one of which was Xmas day. I wanted to prove I can do it if I want to - the key now is to carry this forward in my everyday life when I go back to work. I pretty much knew if i did the whole eat shit for xmas thing and then start on 1st jan, with work, I just wouldnt get my shit in order.... so I've done my "cold turker" stint" now for ~4 weeks... the key now is to carry this forward into normal working life.

Totally agree regarding counting macros - I feel like such an idiot for loosing ~20KG in 2014 (and a lot of lean mass just by being an idiot again) and then putting 20KG back on in 2015. However, I think if I can get myself into some good habits and make them part of my daily behaviors then it can't be a bad thing, right?

Do you guys think 1950cals per day is a bit too ambitious? and setting me up for a relapse??? I just feel like i should be able to shed 7Kg pretty fast and then revise.

My initial reaction is 1950 cals per day is ridiculous mate at that weight. You'll just be setting your self up to fail.
It's up to you if you want to count and work to a target mate, it may work for you. The way I see it is its adding in a complication that really doesn't need to be there at this stage.
If you are going down the route you suggest want to she'd an initial load quick I'd play with the carbs. Limit your self to 100g per day and watch the scales drop :)

Thanks Jared,

That seems like some sound advice, going to play around with carbs and see what I can come up with.

Cheers
