Just done..

Warm up = 30 Curls into OHP 20Kg

Then = 10/5/10/10/10/6/10 Bench Press 45Kg

Did warm up again...

Arms FEEL LIKE TREE TRUNKS!!!! Major pump brows
 
I met a lad today - no questions bros... Anyway, i went to his n scoping the rooms (incase its a setup) i seen a Bench.. I asked him about it and he said its 50Kg, i asked him for a go and he agreed...

Hes a decent size, decent lad and more than likely hes 'not natty'... Anyway i got on bench, grabbed weight and it felt a little light for 50kg (im pushing 45Kg for Muscle Memory to kick in)... He said i was holding bar with my hands too close together (Shoulder width or something, normal). He said hold it at the weights wider grip, i did it anyway he walked away saying 'see its nowt' hahaha.. He had a plastic 10Kg and a large Metal weight im guessing would be 15kg? on the bar... duno but felt light.... i pressed it with force, it blew him back - shock wave setting car alarms off, felt like superman hahahaha... joking but was light bros, im not saying he a liar im saying im GETTING DEM GAINZ AT INSANEZ ..... train speed... Gotta get making them concrete weights ASAP... need 15Kg'rs.... disc shape, with hole in middle, Easy bros... ill use a bin lid as a template and shove something tube-like in the aproximate middle... ima not a builder, im not getting tape measure out - ima bang the C**t together hahahahaha

(( Wondering how this would help a lad make Gainz... Make weights bro, Concrete Disc and make it heavy - Chuck a brick in hahahaha. ))

OHP: 10/10/10
BORows: 10/10/10

Mainly focused on arms for this Sesh... Rep Range =
