So here we are again,

I have 7 weeks until I am off on a 2 week all inclusive break... My aim is to drop as much body fat as possible before I go, I am going to (attempt) to keep clean as possible while I am away but hey...it's all inclusive after all. I may decide to post my pics early if I feel I have mad good progress however I would like to go the full 12.

Going to be running this natty, on a push/pull/legs routine which I've been trying out for the past 2 weeks.
Diet is going to be 2220 cals, 160g carbs, 70g fat and 230g protein. May tweak the carbs a bit if I feel I am not progressing as planned.

Cardio regime will be 6-8km steady run on a Monday, Wednesday 4km at fastest pace possible, Friday LISS on x trainer for 40 mins. HIIT 10 - 15mins 3/4 times per week after resistance training.

Also excuse the poor poses

Good luck to everyone taking part!

@Simon is the QR code visibility ok in these?

First chance ive really had to update so far...had a bit of frustratig news today, patella and ligaments are out of line in both knees, been referred to physio on the NHS, means legs are pretty much out the window. Also been referred to physio for a back injury from an accident a few years ago, flared back up....all nhs physio so we know what this means... anticipated recovery date: summer 2018. Well see how it goes...

Otherwise training going great and pushing on.
