have you had much negativty over the years as you obviously stand out!? and how did you deal with it?

what your favouite cheat meal?

how old where you when you got the bug?

ps.. look amazing!

Would you mind sharing your current diet? Not necessarily the quantities but the types of food you tend to eat and the timings.

Do you have days where you struggle to motivate yourself? If so, how do you overcome them?

What are your opinions on the state of women's classes within bodybuilding?
Do you feel they are moving in the right direction?

How does bodystation, Halifax compare to altered images, Leeds? ?

Hey :) the most negativity I faved was actually from fellow competitors when I won the bodybuilding champs in 2012. Some of the bigger girls were baffled as to how I won with me being smaller. I was 8 stone 5 in an open weight class. But it seems as I've continued to prove myself at European level and at the Arnold's i get much more support from all :)
Any negativity used to really upset me and I used to take it really personally but I realised it was just the way it was and now it really doesn't impact me at all. I would usually ignore or comment back with something friendly.

But in general I get a lot of really positive comments and support.
I think the main thing I've always aimed for is to keep my femininity whilst getting that muscular and ripped physique and people seem to love that :)

Fave cheat meal :) I like cake and chocolate and all the heavy sweet stuff.

I'm 32 years old :) and I started training 11 years ago. Originally I started to gain strength for dance and it just went on from there.
I like to keep my life balanced though and bodybuilding is a big part of my life but I make sure I don't miss out on anything else life has to offer too x

Hey, how's it going.
Female bodybuilding.... Well I've got mixed feelings. I absolutely love to follow the female bodybuilders and love the way they look but I do think it's a good thing that ifbb are wanting to promote a less freaky look.
I did bodybuilding and I think there was pressure for girls to do certain things to get to the top., women's physique category has been a blessing. It's a much more athletic look and much easier to attain that look without having the pressure of doing things that could be more unhealthy.

Bikini category, I think the girls get a lot of stick. I think they train hard and look great. Ok it's a bit of a beauty contest but I think the sport is evolving and growing and if this is the way it's going then it's cool with me. It created more money for the federations and in turn gives more opportunity for more athletes to do European shows and further there careers.

Aaaah altered images is my home from home :) love the people and the equipment and the atmosphere. I can get intense in there. Bodystation is just awesome!!! The facilities are immense, giant gym!!! And great to improve lagging body parts because there's just so much choice of machines :)

Training I rarely lack motivation!! It's the diet I can some times slack on or break when I should be eating clean. If I do I text one of my training g partners and say Heeeeeeellllllpppp!!!
I have to become a recluse at the end of the diet, keep my head down and away from temptation.,I also like to keep a check on my competition that gives me huge motivation and kicks me into gear. I get real competitive :)
