Seeking Advice on Grounding Techniques for Teens

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on effective grounding techniques for teens. My teen has been struggling with staying focused and managing their responsibilities, and I want to implement grounding strategies that are fair and constructive. What are some ways to establish clear boundaries and consequences that will help them understand the importance of their actions without creating unnecessary conflict? I’m interested in techniques that promote positive behavior and encourage personal growth.

Any suggestions or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
