just wanted to say thanks ..took con up on his service for the 16 week plan only initiated contact yesterday morning got a reply straight away a few mails back and forth and i have a excellent nutrition and training plan already can't wait to get started tomorrow

Con has always been a highly respected & very knowledgeable member on several BB forums for many years. Recently, i have used his online services & have been very pleased with whole experience (fat loss program) - i couldnt have done this without his help.

BOTTOMLINE HE GETS RESULTS. Truthfully speaking, hes an all-round super nice guy & very humble (what i like most), not to mention his email replies which are SCARY fast.

I look very forward to continue to work with him in the future.
