The only thing that decreased strength wise was his standing over head press.
This be due to having a less solid "base" to press against.
But he was never insanely strong to start with ( 600/400/650 as core powerlifting lifts at 350lb)
His diet used to involve biscuits (American fatty version of scones) and 1 gallon chocolate milk per day to gain weight!

A good buddy of mine was/is a pro strongman. So pretty pointless to create the gas factory that must have been his arse taking in all that wheat and lactose
I think things like this are very useful to younger guys, esp strongmen who think weight is the secret, 'I have to get to 23st!', then they think their invite to the Worlds will be in the post.

He went up to 400lb at 6ft1 and then had a cardiovascular event at age 27.
He is smaller healthier and no longer lifts these days....
zyzz had them at about 12 stoneDo you think there is a limit to body weight before health issues arise? Or is it totally individual? Ie one person can be 350lbs and be totally fine yet another can be 280lbs and get health problems?
