Throwing around big weights and doing cheat reps seemed to be Branch's style. Obviously gifted with good genetics to begin with but that training style works for mass building.
 
Branch had enough injuries from that style of training. Johnnie very lucky imo i think only injured a hamstring once

Try training half rep heavy for abit and see what it does to you…
