started with nebido i think at 12 weeks then 10 now been at 8 for a long while.
But that's kinda the point I always try and make trt is a long term commitment to get right and its just a replacement of natural levels. It chaps my ass how trt is seen as 200mg+ a week etc. Semantics I guess. If you're used to 750mg + of gear which has effected your own test production ( which is very often the reason to need trt ) then 'normal' levels aren't going to feel very normal, which is exactly what you want for longevity imo.

Wasn’t sust designed so you didn’t have to inject as often?

if the test is legit it’s legit. Only difference between the waters is the regularity of injections really. (And a teeny amount of free hormone)

According to Broderick Chavez, it was designed to be used post surgery 1 single shot. Blend of esters so it’s effective immediately and slightly longer term.

agree in principal and although never tried it the idea of 10 / 15 mg of prop a day sounds like it would be great, like a Tom cat with 3 balls

got to say though and this is purely based on my own experience, my trt now is 1000mg nebido every 8 weeks. There is a little drop off in mood etc but minimal around the last 2 weeks but nothing that you'd notice unless looking for it. Been on nebido for easily 5+ years and over 18 months now of purely trt nothing added in so nothing clouding the feels. Its all going to be individual to each person i guess but for trt purposes I don't have any complaints with nebido at all. Think those that do are really looking to support blast n cruise or just running a steroid cycle dressed up as trt.

did you have to inject nibido only once even at the beginning or did you have to top it up to get a build up with in the 8 weeks ? Also how is the e2 conversion ? Do you need a ai ? I’m asking this to make a decision to possibly experiment with nibido but I am e2 sensitive. Even on 125 test e I need 0.5 arimidex

no mate, as I recall 1 shot come and see us in 12 weeks, bloods taken another shot of nebido in after those 12 weeks.
Blood results came in, levels lower than desired at 12 weeks come back and see us 10 weeks after last shot.
10 weeks bloods taken another shot in.
Bloods back in, still too low back in 8 weeks following last shot.
Back in after 8 weeks bloods taken, shot in.
Bloods back, endo happy with test level at that point and all other markers.
Maintain 8 week intervals with regular bloods.

Then bloods down to every 6 months, then after a while yearly.

no Ai no estrogen issues i physically notice but this is obvs amongst other markers bloods are taken to monitor.

not sure why youre thinking you'd need to initially top it up ?

I know it’s a old thread but nibido is something I’m interested in. When I inject test e I take my bloods the next day and my testosterone levels are 37nmol. Obviously as the days go on they drop. Have you ever checked the peak levels from nibido and how does the testosterone chart look like as the weeks go on ?

my bloods related to trt have always been done through the NHS not private.
The NHS endos have only really been interested in T level toward the end of the doseage period, ie at the lowest point.
they do this to ensure you're not dipping too low.
If I go in for my shot and my bloods are due, my bloods are taken then the nebido shot given following all on same visit.
Because of this my shot frequency started at 12 weeks but because my level was low at 12 they reduced it to 10 weeks and then 8.

I’m curious as I have nibido pharma grade there and I was thinking about using it for my next trt to let my injection sites rest. I aromatise quite easily even on 125mg of test and I need an ai.

looks like it’s max peak is 30-40 nmol as it’s a slow release. This might be good for someone that aromatises easily. Cheers anyways mate
