Are Ukbff Trying To Kill Off Bodybuilding?

UKBFF are elitist, think they are above and better than the sport and those that compete in it. I used to compete in their shows and it really did depend on who ran them as to how you were treated. Only one couple ran it well, with the interests of the competitors at heart, and now they have gone elsewhere, don't blame them one bit. I love bodybuilding, always will, but a politician I am not, and its all about politics now. The athletes maketh the show, about time the organisers recognised this. With regard to the fluffy classes, (yes I am old school and no apologies for that) I respect the hard work and commitment it takes, and commercialism is a big part of it. Less extreme physiques are more attainable, and allow more competitors. I get it. Doesn't mean I have to like it. I spent my life trying to be extreme!
Amen!!!!

I noticed one thing about a particular show. The Cumbria classic. Run my Ian chambers. All his athletes won (though I think one was 2nd) not saying they weren't in great shape as my mate Danny who Ian is his coach was the clear winner for the juniors ....... But does no one else see this as slightly suspicious ??

Not sure where else to post this but is the UKBFF's admin know for being poor?

I've sent several e-mails, I've left a voice message and sent an application in the post almost two weeks ago for the show in Kent in August. Absolutely nothing back.

Ask on their facebook page maybe, tag in the promoter or whoever is in charge or whatever.

Maybe contact a UKBFF judge or promoter of the show to confirm your entry mate.

Or sign up on the day like 90% do...
Lol it will not save you any time pre registering for a local qualifier

I've heard a lot to sign up on the day but from going to past shows at different federations it just seems absolutely manic.

Not to mention knowing my luck something would go wrong and I'd get turned away. I've been contacting the organiser of the show but I'll have a word on facebook as well.

no point having a pre registration option if your just gonna ignore the people pre registering though is there. might aswell have ALL sign up on the day if thats the case.
