Main deadlifts were straight forward enough, all smooth as expected.

Powershrugs were much fun but had me blowing out of my arse. Would've gladly called it a day under normal circumstances but Ed Coan was obviously into self torture...

Circuit was tough as always, last set of pull ups I could barely get chin to bar!

Dropped a few pounds already and bloat has reduced.

No doubt this routine will get alot harder as my weight drops.

Shit gets a little more real next week as I'll be pulling 5 plates again.
