What's your training looking like, if you don't mind sharing?Tbf, the first pic is the lightest weight I've maintained for a long time, also the fittest and healthiest. So there was always gonna be a decent rebound
The last 3 months has been the most consistent phase I've had, training and recovery has been structured much more than previous and diet has been 100% with steady increases at the right times
