The BIG Picture

Tbf, the first pic is the lightest weight I've maintained for a long time, also the fittest and healthiest. So there was always gonna be a decent rebound
The last 3 months has been the most consistent phase I've had, training and recovery has been structured much more than previous and diet has been 100% with steady increases at the right times
What's your training looking like, if you don't mind sharing?

PPL split mate
But I try to stick to training 2 on 1 off so everything gets stimulated every 4-5 days
I love to train 3 on 1 off but I struggle to recover as I will always train with moderate to high volume
All standard stuff really, heavier compounds to start with isolation exercises with intensifier towards the end of the workout
Maintenance will be 2 working sets per exercise which increases as food and supps increase
